100% Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grape organic certified vinified in the ancestral amphora method. Enjoyable aromas of almond and white flowers combined with honey and roasted hazelnut. Lively, fresh with long finish. This wine is made in a 'Pet Nat' style (short for Pétillant Naturel), which is an ancient method of making sparkling wine, in which the yeast used to create the bubbles is not removed, resulting in a cloudy appearance and contributing to the overall flavour and texture of the wine.
