All orders over 12 bottles are delivered FREE of charge. Orders below 12 bottles are charged at £7.99

WineCard members are able to purchase all of our wines, once they have registered.

Normally only available at UK restaurants. Members can enjoy their favourite wines at home for a fraction of the cost.

WineCard membership runs on an annual basis.

Yes, your membership to WineCard will renew for the same time period at the end of the year.

Yes, you may cancel your membership at anytime.

Orders

Yes. You may amend your order if it has not been processed.

Should a wine you've chosen be unavailable, we will contact you and offer a substitution. If you're not happy with our choice we'll refund you the price of the bottle you originally ordered and paid for.

Unfortunately, all WineCard orders can only be delivered within the UK.

Our wine deliveries normally take between 2-3 working days.

Delivery

Yes, members of WineCard are permitted to submit two delivery addresses.

Individual orders may only be delivered to one address.

Yes, all WineCard deliveries come with a tracking number.

WineCard uses the services of DPD to deliver all of our members' orders.

Unfortunately, all WineCard orders can only be delivered within the UK.
