WineCard is unlike any other online wine retailer. We operate as a members only club, providing all of our product at TRADE prices in return for a monthly subscription.

WineCard prices are displayed to members only.

The % discount shown when visiting the site as a guest refers to the saving we offer on the average retail price of that product.

All orders over 12 bottles are delivered FREE of charge. Orders below 12 bottles are charged at £7.99

Membership

BASIC members are able to purchase all wines priced at under £15. The average saving per bottle is £4.28

VIP members are able to purchase wines from our entire range of nearly 1800 wines. The average saving per bottle is £10.76

BASIC membership costs

  • £19.99 per month for one month
  • £14.99 per month for 3 months
  • £9.99 per month for 12 months

VIP membership costs

  • £39.99 per month for one month
  • £29.99 per month for 3 months
  • £19.99 per month for 12 months

You can subscribe to WineCard membership for a minimum of one month.

Yes, your membership to WineCard will renew for the same time period package that you purchased originally.

(i.e. if you bought the 3 month package, it will renew for a further 3 months)

Yes, you may cancel your membership at anytime.

Membership periods are purchased in monthly, quarterly or yearly packages.

You may cancel a membership within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund if you have not submitted a completed order.

Cancellations after that time or after the first order has been completed will not be subject to any refund.

Yes. WineCard memberships can be purchased as a gift for friends and loved ones. Please click here for more details.

Orders

Yes. You may amend your order if it has not been processed.

Should a wine you've chosen be unavailable, we will contact you and offer a substitution. If you're not happy with our choice we'll refund you the price of that bottle.

Yes, all WineCard deliveries come with a tracking number.

WineCard uses the services of DPD to deliver all of our members' orders.

Unfortunately, all WineCard orders can only be delivered within the UK.
