This wine is to Chenin what Le Montrachet is to Chardonnay. It's an utterly distinctive expression of very old Chenin Blanc vines from a very particular place - a dryland vineyard in the Piekenierskloof region planted in 1965. With almost incredible intensity, richness, depth, breadth and length, this unique bottle is an impressive drink right now, or you can watch it evolve with a few years' cellaring.
