A traditional method sparkling from Provence, made from cabernet franc grapes. Lively and fresh, with a beautiful translucent rosé petal colour. This Brut Nature sparkling has vibrant bubbles and delicate aromas of pink grapefruit and peach. With lovely golden brioche notes and mineral characters on the palate, leading to a round creamy finish. FOOD PAIRING : Aperitif, afternoon tea, salads & light fish dishes.
