Description
With a mousse of fine bubbles, this rosé Champagne boasts a delicate pink hue with a hint of apricot. Elegant and appetising, the nose brings to mind Eton Mess, with red summer fruits, meringue and cream. Smooth and creamy on the palate, it expresses an harmonious marriage of the red fruit character from the Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with the refreshing acidity from the chardonnay. The fruit comes from the terroirs of Fossoy, Vertus, Villeneuve, Troissy, Gland and Mont-Saint-Père and is fermented in a combination of stainless steel cuve and 35HL casks. Matured 36 months before release; dosage 6 g/l.
